Ready to Ship (RTS) — Measurement-Grade XY Stages in Weeks, Not Quarters

Programs can’t wait months for motion. RTS provides rapid access to monolithic XY stages with <0.5 µm linear accuracy and ±30 nm bi-directional repeatability, typically 3–4 weeks ARO, so you can accelerate builds without sacrificing metrology-level performance. Choose Enclosed Monolithic XY (LM 160×160 mm; CM 60×60, 100×100, 200×200 mm) or Open-Center Monolithic XY (LM 150×150 mm). 

Every RTS stage is built on ALIO’s three-plate architecture to enhance orthogonality, stiffness, and vertical stability (vital for volumetric accuracy during high-throughput trajectories). The open-center variant provides clear optical/process access, while low-profile design lowers machine height and moving mass to reduce static and dynamic Abbe (tip/tilt) error at the load point.
